SCAM!!!!!! They make u pay out of pocket even though you have insurance. They say insurance doesn’t cover getting a cavity filled but i never had to pay out of pocket until i came to this place. Than i had to block them because its non stop calls about making an appointment. Why would i want to go back here! Horrible

The front desk staff was friendly, and the dental assistant who took my X-rays was also very kind and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist, Dr. Abraham, was terrible. She didn’t even introduce herself. She used the electric scaler for about three minutes, then got up, left the room, and told me to rinse—without any explanation. When she returned, she asked if I had any sensitivity. I mentioned one specific area and assumed she would review my X-rays or finish the cleaning, especially since she never used a prophy paste or manual scalers. Instead, she abruptly said, “Okay, go to the front desk for your next appointment,” and walked out. At the front desk, I was then told I had a cavity that needed to be fixed—something the dentist never explained or even mentioned to me. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking. Simply horrible experience. I will never be coming back.

First visit today , great experience. Very clean office . Love the staff very friendly. I had a cleaning performed and it was very fast . I normally have sensitivity and pain but the dentist was perfect , I felt nothing. She is amazing. I highly recommend.

I went to the dentist office because it was recommended by my insurance. This office is a complete scam. I need to schedule an appointment because my crown fell out. The woman at the front desk told me my insurance would not cover the crown. I explained to the woman at the front desk. I’ve already spoken to my insurance and confirmed it would be covered. The woman at the front desk told me “insurance would not cover the crown because you didn’t have your current insurance when you had the crown done”. I contacted my insurance immediately right after this appointment they informed me everything the dentist office said was incorrect. I called back to the Dentist office to let them know my insurance will cover the visit for my crown and my insurance requested the billing code so everything could be submitted. The woman at the front desk refused to give me the billing code. She said when I come in and after I paid she would give it to me. I explained that’s not how my insurance works and insurance needs to be given prior, the woman at the front desk said” I’ve already explained to you that you need to pay out-of-pocket because we have had problems with insurance companies and we need

I have been going to Dr. Abraham for about two years now and find her to be a great person. She is humorous with her patients, but is also very professional. Between the Receptionist at her practice and Dr. Abraham, I have had a great experience overall and would recommend her to anyone in the area who are in need of her services.
